Plastic Recycling Sales Rep
Chesapeake Materials Services is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team.

Chesapeake Materials is the one-stop solution for all of your recycling needs. We build large volume ongoing programs to supply and fit our manufacturers’ needs for recycled material; all while helping support, fund, and grow our valued supplier’s operations.

We work with buyers and sellers of recycled plastic to streamline their processes when it comes to plastic waste. If you think you might be a fit, here is what we are looking for:
Responsibilities for Sales Representative
Prospect for new business and qualify potential leads of plastic sellers and buyers
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to discuss our plastic waste solutions
Keep track of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system and update account information regularly.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
Achieve and/or surpass targets
Work together with other teams and departments to improve the sales efforts.
Works with prospects to streamline their plastic waste solutions
You’re a self starter and motivated
You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
You know how to prospect and cold call
Willingness to learn the plastic recycling business
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
